On June 18, 91精选 President Raymond M. Burse traveled to Cincinnati, Ohio, to accept a special gift from the Central Area of The Links, Incorporated.
The Links contributed $15,000 to KSU鈥檚 endowment fund during an evening program. KSU was among other historically black colleges and universities to receive checks from the organization, totaling $205,000.
The award letter to KSU reads: 鈥淲e understand the possibility of a better life begins with higher education, and the number of students struggling to make ends meet and stay in school grows each year. We are honored to partner with our HBCUs to promote scholastic achievement and make it possible for students to realize their academic dreams.鈥�
