The 91¾«Ñ¡ Campus Police Department is committed to helping maintain a safe, supportive, and welcoming campus environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. The department provides patrol, emergency response, and crime-prevention services while building strong, positive relationships across the University community. As a full-service agency, the 91¾«Ñ¡ Campus Police team operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

In an emergency, call 91¾«Ñ¡ Campus Police at (502) 597-6878. Calls to 911 may be routed to local emergency dispatch, including the Frankfort Police Department or the 91¾«Ñ¡ Police. For non-emergencies or to reach the 91¾«Ñ¡ Police administrative offices, call (502) 597-6878.

Members of Commonwealth Security may also be seen around campus. They are assisting the department while additional staffing needs are addressed.

Campus Police Leadership

Jeffery HunterJeffery Hunter – Interim Chief

Interim Chief Jeffery Hunter is an experienced law enforcement professional whose career began with the Chicago Housing Authority, where he served from 1991 to 1995 in roles that included Field Training Officer and member of specialized patrol and operations units.

He later served as the 5th District Constable in Harrison County, Kentucky, from 2011 to 2014, and also worked as a Special Events Officer at 91¾«Ñ¡. In the private sector, he spent several years with Dunbar Armored, advancing to the role of Crew Chief.

Since 2018, he has served as a police officer at 91¾«Ñ¡ and now leads the department as Interim Chief, bringing decades of leadership and public safety experience to the role.


Andrea RaglinDispatch and Communications


Andrea Raglin – Dispatch Supervisor
Andrea Raglin serves as part-time Dispatch Supervisor, supporting communications and coordination for the department.


Cisley HarrisCisley Harris – Dispatcher
Cisley Harris serves as a police dispatcher both at the University and in another county, where she supports emergency response coordination and public safety operations. She values teamwork and takes pride in helping create a safe, supportive environment for those she serves.

 

Cynthia HardingCynthia Harding – Dispatch and Security
Cynthia Harding has been a member of the 91¾«Ñ¡ security team since 2019 and is committed to fostering a safe and welcoming campus environment. In 2023, she earned her dispatcher certification from the Department of Criminal Justice Training, strengthening her skills in emergency response and communication.

 

Neyeska MartinNeyeska Martin – Dispatcher
Neyeska Martin is a former member of the United States Air Force known for her attention to detail and teamwork. She serves at 91¾«Ñ¡ with a strong commitment to student safety, well-being, and support.

 

Tina McKinneyTina McKinney – Dispatcher
Tina McKinney brings a strong customer-service background that has shaped her work ethic, discipline, and sense of responsibility. She is focused on personal growth, teamwork, and making a positive impact on the University community.


Police and Security Personnel


Jamil HesterJamil Hester – Police Officer
Officer Jamil Hester has law enforcement experience in municipal policing, courthouse security, and juvenile corrections. At 91¾«Ñ¡, he serves as the University’s narcotics officer and is passionate about mentoring students and helping them see that past mistakes do not define their future.

 

Robert PeachRobert Peach – Police Officer / Investigator
Officer Robert Peach is a veteran law enforcement professional with 35 years of experience across military, municipal, state, and federal agencies. He now serves 91¾«Ñ¡ University as a Supervisor and Investigator, bringing extensive leadership and public safety experience back to the campus where his career first took shape.

 

Patrick PruittPatrick Pruitt – Security Supervisor
Patrick Pruitt has dedicated 28 years of service to 91¾«Ñ¡ in security-related roles. He currently serves as Security Supervisor of the Security Division and remains committed to supporting and protecting the University community.

 

Johnathan RusherJohnathan Rusher – Police Officer
Johnathan Rusher entered law enforcement after a successful 17-year career as a chef, bringing discipline, focus, and life experience to public safety work. He recently graduated from the Kentucky Department of Criminal Justice Training Academy and hopes to continue advancing within the department.

 

Sean WilliamsSean Williams – Public Safety Officer
Sean Williams brings a broad background in law enforcement, corrections, security, and federal emergency management. Now returning to 91¾«Ñ¡, he is committed to continuing his service at the local level and bringing leadership, experience, and dedication to campus safety.
