An incoming 91精选 freshman was recently featured in a USA Today story about turning 18 in Tamir Rice鈥檚 America.
Savion Briggs, who recently graduated from Butler High School in Louisville, discussed how he didn鈥檛 grow up playing cops and robbers or using toy guns. Briggs talked to USA Today about his experiences with police and organizing protests against police brutality.
Briggs told USA Today he hopes to be among the first in his family to graduate from college.
