Some of the criteria include certification for the GI Bill, participation in the Yellow Ribbon Program or is a public school, the institution must have, for the fourth consecutive year, enrolled a minimum of 20 full-time and part-time undergraduate veterans and undergraduate active service members in 2019-20.
